Each week we invite an amazing adult CEO to share their story and advice on a topic that will help young CEOs thrive. Past guests include Ellen Bennett (CEO of Hedley & Bennett), Ryan Devlin (CEO of This Saves Lives), Lauren Bush Lauren (CEO of FEED) and many more!
Mighty CEOs form groups with their friends who are also on Mighty -- we call these Squads. They hangout in a Zoom breakout room after hearing from our guest speaker, to discuss the week's lesson, and share tips with one another. Mighty Coaches are on call to answer any questions.
Each week, Squads are given a Challenge that allows them to apply that week's lesson to their business (like sending emails with the best open rates or getting more social shares of their shop). The winning squad gets an award specific to that challenge -- from custom business cards to 1:1 coaching with a marketing expert.
We’ve found that having a dedicated time on the calendar to work on their business is critical to kids’ success. Think of it like any activity you want to excel at — you won’t become a great soccer player without scheduled time to practice with your team each week. We see absolute magic in the combination of inspiration + collaboration with friends + exciting new challenges to motivate kids to learn and take action.
We encourage kids to invite their friends to join a CEO Squad with them -- working with friends makes the whole program more fun! If your child's friends aren't already on Mighty, no problem, we're happy to help them get set up. When you sign up, we'll ask you share the names of the kids you'd like to invite, their parents' names and email addresses. We'll send them an email invite and help them get set up if they aren't already.
Anyone with a published Mighty shop can participate in CEO Squads - at no cost! Anyone who has not published a shop yet is still welcome to sign up and we'll help them publish.
