Who operates the Site?
The Company developed and operates the Site as an interactive Web site to promote entrepreneurship among children and educate them how to operate their own businesses. Certain companies including, but not limited to, internet and public relations service providers ( collectively, "Service Providers") may assist the Company with respect to its Web sites. The Company is the sponsor of the Site. Service Providers may provide other services, such as technical support, or analyze the performance of the Site.

The Site uses the personally identifiable information provided by the parents and children to create a unique user account for your child and administer that account. With this account, your child will be able to create their own online storefront, from which they can sell curated works from artisans around the globe and learn how to run their own business.
Does the Site share this information with any third parties?
The Site only uses personally identifiable information about children for internal operating purposes and does not share personal information received from parents or children about children with third parties, except as required to: 1) run the internal operations of the Site; 2) in response to judicial process; 3) to comply with legal requirements; and 4) as permitted under provisions of law to provide information to law enforcement agencies, in connection with an investigation on a matter related to public safety, or as permitted by law to protect our rights or property, the Site, or its users. The Company may transfer or otherwise disclose certain nonpersonal information it collects from children or parents to employees and independent contractors of the Company, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and internet and public relations service providers if the disclosure will enable that party to perform a business, professional, or technical support function for the Company, or ifrequired to do so by law. Except where required in order to provide service to the Company, any such information shall be stripped of any personally-identifying characteristics, and the Company will not share personal information such as the child's first and last name, the child's address, the child's e-mail address, the child's telephone number, a persistent identifier associated with individually identifiable information, or any information collected from the child that is combined with a persistent identifier. While the Company takes measures to ensure the confidentiality of personal information collected from children, the entities to whom personal and nonpersonal information may be disclosed may not be subject to any formal confidentiality requirement.
How does the Site get consent from parents for the collection of personal information?
Can a parent review, change or delete the information collected by the Site about his or her child?
A parent can at any time review or change the information collected by the Site about his or her child by contacting the Site. Parents or guardians may consent to the collection and use of their child's personal information without consenting to the disclosure of that information to third parties. A parent or guardian can also refuse to permit the Site to collect any further personal information and can request that the Site delete any information already collected.
